Redheaded%20Ash%20Borer (Neoclytus%20acuminatus) - Adult%20redheaded%20ash%20borers%20have%20somewhat%20cylindrical%2C%20elongated%20bodies%20ranging%20from%204%E2%80%93%2013%20mm%20%280.16%E2%80%930.5%20inches%29%20long%20and%20tapered%20towards%20the%20tip%20of%20the%20abdomen.%20The%20head%2C%20thorax%20and%20legs%20are%20reddish%20brown%20and%20there%20are%20four%20yellow%20dorsal%20bands%20on%20the%20darker%20wing%20covers.%20The%20yellow%20banding%20pattern%20is%20also%20visible%20on%20the%20underside%20of%20the%20abdomen.%20The%20antennae%20are%20somewhat%20thicker%20and%20darker%20towards%20the%20tips.%20The%20femurs%20are%20enlarged%20and%20darker%20than%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20leg.%20The%20middle%20and%20hind%20pairs%20of%20legs%20are%20noticeably%20longer%20than%20the%20first%20pair.%20Overall%2C%20the%20shape%2C%20size%2C%20and%20coloration%20of%20the%20adult%20redheaded%20ash%20borer%20mimic%20that%20of%20a%20wasp.
