Exponential urbanization requires exponential need for qualified Foresters in Texas communities. Texas cities often develop their community canopy before they are able to increase maintenance, care and future planning. This category will provide direct, subsidized support for a municipal/city forester or municipal/city arborist, phasing out subsidization over a three-year time period.
